Crepes :
4 Eggs
4Tbsp sugar
700ml of milk
700g flour
500ml mineral water
400ml water (up 450ml )
1 vanilla sugar
pinch of salt
1 Tsp baking powder
Mix eggs and sugar until frothy and creamy
start adding milk, flour and mineral water
add all other ingredients
batter should be runny
Grease the pan and use non stick pan
It makes 25 crepes
