Don't know which other vid you meant but depending on the sago pearl size you defo can/need to wait 8 hours. these ones are the small ones.

It's a different recipe Brown ones my use cocoa power or brown sugar while the white ones use just tapioca starch and water

Yes po.actually , same lang sila ng lasa at chewiness ng black sago.sa kulay lang ng'kaiba.
