Quiet Day by the Sea in Early Spring, with Coffee on the Stove

Күн бұрынBeginning of April and I make a simple hike at the sea of the Bothnian bay, Bottenviken. The air, the expanses, the light, the sounds form early migratory birds make a strong impression on a northerner after a long dark winter. I love going to the sea on days like this to take everything in!

I was going to write a similar question to Erik. No easy fix for heart issues. Skill of the surgery team and money for either insurance or cost of the procedure.

The sea seems to call from far away. Even when standing right next to it. When the sun is shining. When the sun is not and the waves crash it can seem distant and angry. Thanks for sharing a calling sea.

Tusen tack för den vackra videon, Erik. Fina utsikter med horisontlinjen och det glittrande öppna havet. Smältande istappar i motljus var mycket vackra! Härligt med mera solljus, och högre temperaturer. Här i Södra FI har jag redan sett ett påfågelöga, och hört lärkan. Massor av olika gäss har flugit norrut. Äntligen kommer våren ☀🌱

Watching this on a rainy easter sunday here. At least you have some sunshine and snow. And the snow formations built by the wind are awesome. I managed to go on a longer hike last Friday. But for the coming week the weather forecast is all gloomy and rainy. The weather this winter at my place has been mostly miserable... much too warm and rainy instead of snowy.
