Thanks so much for sharing your amazing trip to Iceland. It brought back memories of when me and my husband went there many years ago. The colours are phenomenal and you definitely saw the sites. Your accommodation looked wonderful. Was it an Airbnb?Wow! Would love to go back. 😊

It was very picturesque everywhere and yes quite quiet too. We went slightly out of the usual school holiday season which helped I think but it was wonderfully uncrowned most places. ❤️

Oh thank you so much! It’s felt like a bit of a magnum opus it’s taken me so long! We went about a month ago, mid April. It was just starting to get milder here and then we went to Iceland which felt more like winter again. ❤️

Thank you so much!! Yes we did see the northern lights here at home too. It was the strangest thing to go all the way to Iceland and catch a small glimpse and then have a display right at home. We actually saw them more clearly at home!! The food was great. It’s expensive there and we didn’t go to anywhere fancy but everything was so fresh and tasty it was lovely. ❤️
