La Ultima Muneca is Part of the gifts, at the time of making this video it had died down and not many ppl did it, but now this year I've seen it at every Quince I DJ

Ahh the cake, very good question. There is no set time, sometimes the photographers do it on their own when the party starts, My suggestion would be around the time that the toast is made. The cake cutting is two stages, one the cake cutting for the photo and vide and two when the staff or family actually cuts all the cake... they can be done at different times.

I have a question to ask so after the quinceanera changes clothes to do the surprise dance, does she change back into her dress after the surprise dance.

It's Up to her, a lot of the time it may be needed for extra pictures, if you notice the shorts I just uploaded to my channel, the XV did not change back.... kzfaq.infoyodYshhDdRE

Here in Houston at least, family and guest arrive at the same time… the host family, including the quince are the first to arrive, typically. So she’s there before most of the guests. So they eat, take photos and then they are lined up to do the grand entrance
