Holy crap. That is some next level embarrassment. Reminds me of when I was in a school bus going back to school from a field trip 3-4 years ago. I thought someone said the word "testicle" and asked the person what it was. Everyone stared at me and busted out laughing. I later found out what it was and still regret that.

6:54 Actually, there's a reason behind this! Basically, back when cartoons were black and white, animators would usually color the skin black and clothes white, with only the white parts having an outline. And because of that, It would be impossible to understand what would be going on if a character put their hands in front of their chest. Handshakes would have looked like black blobs, Hugs would've looked like the characters were merging together, etc. They wore white gloves so the audience could understand what was happening better!
