Exactly. R Kelly had a temper tantrum and it would have hilarious if Gayle told him to sit down before she gets her belt. I guarantee he would have straightened up really quickly. He is morally, mentally and emotionally a child in a man's body. And that is how he would act to intimidate those little girls. He scared me and I was not in front of him. So imagine a 14 year old girl seeing a grown man act like this. Of course, she would be afraid to question him. He knows how to control little girls and that is why he never got with a grown woman.

Can't help but also think: this is what it's like to be a woman. Because men can lose their shit on us, we are forced to keep calm. What other choice do we have? Lose our shit as well? We might as well jump in front of a train... Her composure is definitely more mature and everybody should aim for that, but it's also worth mentioning: women often don't have the liberty of losing their composure.

@Inappropriate Name yup, I agree! "Interview" starts with a vowel, so "an" is the correct word to use there. It is just like you would say "an apple" and not "a apple". There are exceptions to the rule, but this isn't one of them.

Du Juan I taught sports literature in high school and my students were either 17-18 year boys who were all football, basketball and baseball players on steroids. They literally looked like they were 40 years old. If haven’t been a teacher than you won’t know what it is to be a teacher at a high school.

This is how you should deal with almost every situation where someone flies off the handle. It's INCREDIBLY hard to do this as a situation like this typically triggers the "fight or flight" response.

@@demelzapoldark3035 In a public situation like this, her choice to remain calm was a good one. I have worked in behavior classrooms and when students have an outburst your purpose is to remain calm. Remaining calm helps the other person calm down in that moment, reacting often simply escalates the situation. However, this is different from what you would do in a less public situation.
