What ist the meaning of the title?
@lorcanmacmathuna2 ай бұрын
It means welcome home. The oro part is harder to translate. Maybe it means howdy
@stephensczurek6286Ай бұрын
According to Google Translate: "Óró sé do bheatha abhaile" means "It's gold for life at home."
@lorcanmacmathunaАй бұрын
@stephensczurek6286 thats an awful translation. Mits not what it means but its funny they got it so wrong. Ór is gold but oró does not mean golden
@MarkOLeary1Ай бұрын
Ór is gold, but the oró here is nothing to do with gold, just an exclamation like "hey". Sé do bheatha abhaile - your life or duty is at home. Its a call to return home.
@lorcanmacmathunaАй бұрын
@@MarkOLeary1 Thats a good interpretation. I always thought of it as a greeting like "dia do bheatha" and abhaile, but what you said makes syntactic sense
