Because you're not an Arsenal fan and you most likely rarely watch Arsenal matches. Ozil goes out missing for MONTHS in a row during season. I can't remember the last time i saw Ozil having 3 brilliant games in a row for Arsenal. It's always one amazing game here, one amazing game there 4 weeks later. He's mentally weak and was cuddled by Wenger for years in a row, where he would play like shit week in, week out and still never lose the starting 11 spot. It was a huge mistake from the board to offered him the current deal. For years i refused to see the facts and i kept waiting for some consistency by Ozil...but it just doesn't happen. Joost. That's a very poor argument considering the fact we've kept awful, mediocre players for way too long. We kept Walcott and Bendtnar for years before finally offloading them.
