I bought one of these last week, most fun I have had in a car, I need sone more info on this - already looking for upgrades 😂 The handling etc is on another level - I doubt there is much that could keep with it through really twisty roads

I absolutely love my RaceChip S. I don't understand the bashing or negativity your product gets. I have no way to dyno my car to see the actual numbers difference it makes. All I know is it works. Haters will be haters I guess. Also the customer service from RaceChip has been excellent. I always received a response within a few days any time I had a question about something.

It is a product for young people, if you want to get a real chip tune. Find out who makes "cup cars" for the national championship in that respective class.

@@johnnybrravo5791 ECU tunes are still in development for these 1.6T smartstream engines found in this and the Elantra N-line (also known as the i30 N-line sedan)

Picked mine up and loving it! 242hp and 350mn is a lot for a car that only weighs 1200kg. If this car came with a dsg, it’d be a solid 5.5 sec 0-100km car. In the stock manual gearbox however, it’d be hard to anything faster than 6 seconds flat 0-100km.

I think you might get slightly quicker 100-200 times if you started in third gear.

Tipps from Eisenmann exhaust? Is there a possibility to switch the Tipps in the OEM muffler only? What about the Exhaust valve

That is exactly what we did. However, they are welded, so not plug and play (custom made for us). Cheers, Dani

@@RaceChipChiptuning sorry my bad 😞. Did you have to make any modification to go from the standard ET53 to ET40 (which is quite a difference)? Cannot wait for the race chip though ;-)

Does this have the Hyundai G4TP 1.6 Smartstream engine? Just wondering if it will work with the DN8 Sonata that has the same engine but an 8 spd standard automatic trans

Yes this same engine is also found in the Elantra N-line it's just it's tuned a bit different for the i20N

21% drivetrain loss for a fwd car is quite a lot..it should be no more than 15%..

Hi! we are going to add the VW Polo 1.4TSI for the next database update, which should be this week. You can give it a try and check our shop at the end of this week. VW -> Polo V (6R, 6C) -> 1.4 TSi (125 HP/ 92 kW)

8x18, ET 40. Barracuda Karizzma Wheels. I found it on their Facebook looking for wheels for my i20N. 215/40 tires.
