Rachel, can you do a video on reasonable amounts to spend on gifts for people based on your income? Weddings, bdays, graduation, etc. for family, friends, neighbors and co-workers. I never gave much before because we didn't have the extra money, but now we're in babysteps 4, 5 and 6 and this is an ongoing conversation in our household for every event.

Totally guilty of having a spotify subsription but I love music and hate ads. Listening to less ads leads to less debt. Extended warranties definitely are a suckers bet.

Buying soda and drinking coffee in a coffee shop every day instead of making it myself are two things that also save A LOT of money.

Inflation and cost of living are going up so, average Americans can do things to save money but the idea that an Average American can be a millionaire is simply not realistic unfortunately. Dave Ramsey network still has a lot of information to offer

I do that, but I budget for it, and it's not much in the grand scheme of things (I'm in baby step 4-6).

I found the Once Upon A Child consignment store when my daughter was six months old. I was able to find beautiful lightly worn clothing that was so much better quality than what I could afford. We shopped there until she outgrew their sizes. Now she shops at Plato’s closet. I love being frugal!

Adult clothes for babies are JUST WEIRDDDDDD. Can never understand that mentality. I thought for the longest time why I wasn’t so excited for my friend when he said he spent $100 Nike baby shoes (or Jordan’s can’t remember) for his newborn son back in the early 90’s!!! His son was styling! ❤️. But what I couldn’t understand was... he was broke then... and he was broke when I met him ten years later...but he somehow found $100 for the shoes! I was confused but now ... 22 years later.. with your show and your dads videos... I finally got it!! Sooo a BIG THANK YOU!!🙏🏼. I wasn’t crazy after all!! Wish I knew y’all back then... I would be a millionaire by now 😣.

Planners!!!! Happy planner-type planers with stickers, stamps and fancy little paper clips 😩😩😩 I have a basket full off this stuff! Little coffee cup stickers, barbell stickers, water drop stickers... and don’t forget the “special” pens and markers 😭 why??? I’m usually so much smarter than this but I love crafty stuff, but srsly, I could have done everything these planners do with a planner from the Dollar store, Crayola markers and a KZfaq tutorial on doodling. I am more than capable of drawing a water drop to count my water consumption, lol. I really fell for this impulsive, trendy purchase. #dontdoit

The average American spends $3,000 on clothes a year! Ahhhh! I bought several new outfits in the Spring and I already want more. It’s a contentment issue. I needed to hear this.

But the flip side is some people want 2 good quality leggings and some prefer a bunch of cheap ones that cost the same in the end. It's priorities. Quality leggings also last longer when taken care of
