Feel proud for what you are doing father: Pope Benedict XIV, grants an indulgence of seven years and seven times forty days, every time, to all those who, in a church or elsewhere, either in public or in private, shall teach the manner in making mental prayer, as well as to those who attend such instruction, provided that each time, being truly penitent, they confess their sins and receive Holy Communion. To those who shall teach assiduously the way to make mental prayer, as well as to those who shall, with the same assiduity, learn how to make it, the same Pope grants a penary indulgence once a month, on any day, when, being truly penitent, after confession and Communion, they shall pray for the peace and union among Christian princes, for the extirpation of heresy, and for the triumpgh of the Church.
