@@TDS-vz8sg 店家官網寫的,不加防腐劑你才更應該擔心,因為保存不當就沒辦法放那麼久! Ans:我們的蘿蔔糕絕對沒有添加任何防腐劑,之所以可以在冷藏4度C的情況下放一個月,是因為我們製程全程皆在無菌的環境下完成,在蘿蔔糕真空包裝完成後會再次進行後殺,並送往冷藏庫冷藏,全程無失溫確保品質及鮮度。收到產品後,需要至放於冰箱冷藏保存,且一旦將產品真空包裝拆開後,務必於3天內食用完畢。

Yes, from Guangdong province and Fujian province of China, and then spread to Taiwan from Fujian and to Hong Kong from Guangdong. Part of the Cantonese dim sum yum cha dish. One of my childhood favorite as I was born in Guangzhou, the capital city of Guangdong.

Cantonese kimchi, Sichubrse kimchi, Shanghainese kimchi and Macau kimchi all have different styles and tastes. We also have different Chinese regional styles of takoyaki and teriyaki. Chinese teriyaki and Chinese takoyaki are way superior than the ones in Japan.

蘿蔔糕上的是木質纖維紙(店家回覆的)。外包裝的是蒸煮用CPP 膜(沒塑化劑),包裝完再送進去蒸,那是依照食品法規做高溫蒸煮滅菌。

It’s part of Cantonese dim sum dish popular in Guangdong province and Fujian province of China, spread to Taiwan and Hong Kong. It’s called turnip cake or daikon cake 蘿蔔糕。

The shop says they Hong Kong style cakes but not seen video showing such large operations in HK. Also they actually used ground rice instead of rice flour. Pity there’s still lots of manual parts but the whole process puts us in HK to shame.
