raffaello cake in this video i have 20 cm in diameter and its weight was 1700gr without sweets
ingredients for coconut sponge cake (for a form of 20 cm in diameter):
4 eggs weighing 50 g each
2 proteins weighing 30 g (together 60 g)
8 g vanilla sugar
30 g cornstarch
150 g of sugar
100 ml of milk
40 g of medium-ground coconut chips
pinch of salt
2 grams (a teaspoon without slides baking powder)
140 g of wheat flour
I bake the sponge cake in the oven at a temperature of 175 degrees Celsius at an average level top bottom mode without convection for about 40 minutes
