Prime Minister Narendra Modi will face his second no-confidence motion in Parliament on Tuesday, the first in his second term as the PM. People will also keep an eye on Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, who is set to participate in the no-confidence motion debate today. The Lok Sabha is expected to witness a fiery session for the second day in a row as the Opposition will resume its debate on the no-confidence motion. Congress has given the names of Rahul Gandhi, Revanth Reddy and Hebi Eden as speakers on no-confidence motion. In the Rajya Sabha, INDIA bloc moved a privilege motion against Leader of the House Piyush Goyal for addressing its members as "traitors."

If they can't control atleast give way to president rule. In Manipur and center BJP only ruling. Previous governments controlled the law and order in manipur though it is very problematic. Over 4000 houses were burned and many houses and shops of one community were looted. Nearly 60,000 kukis were in 349 refugee camps from May to till today. Thousands of people fled to other states. More than10,000 cases(many rape cases also) were filled so far. Even Supreme court also became serious on manipur crimes. Are we living in democratic country.

Why unique name not given as MLA means state elected body. Ward member become MLA. Then panchayat board for rural and village?
