I tried out a new team with Raiden the other day and this team is very strong. Kung Lao is one of the best Kameos in Mortal Kombat 1 so it only makes sense for this team to pair up well. I hope you all enjoy these matches!

i was hard stuck gm after 150 sets so for gits and shiggles i made an account and only played raiden sareena, i got to god rank in 70 sets, 10 loses only

Xombat try Raiden Sektor. It has armor breaking, plus frames, zoning, and combo extension

@@edricjordan7093 For armor breaking if you hit the Sektor rocket with any move (besides ashrah because it's harder to break her armor) it armor breaks, and with Raiden that can be an armor breaking full combo. Plus frames because if the rocket hits that's plus frames which you can set up in multiple ways, zoning because it's technically another projectile, combo extension kinda like Sareena if you have the rocket hit them before you launch them you can chain more moves together, and with teleport and superman fly safety if you have the rocket hit after you arrive at them. For one example of combo extension try 2, 4, kameo button, 2, 1, df1, then the Sektor missile hits, then you can rinse and repeat then launch and have the option to launch with 3, 4, or f3, 4, or whatever else

This was my team since day one, you get great neutral and mix with raiden/lao and pre patch you used to get pressure since lao hat was plus lmao. Slept on combination imo. Still think raiden/kano is more cancerous doe.

Raiden is already got a damage nerf to the point where he doesn’t have one option that is ridiculous good to carry him in the game. It’s either chip damage or actual big damage with only a few kameos with a bit combo restructuring, with his routes to getting his damage being reduced. Cage is the one that needs to get nerfed
