Chengdu-Ya'an Expressway, is also known as Chengya Expy, it is one of the earliest expressways opened to traffic in Sichuan province, a section of the G5 Beijing-Kunming Expressway. the starting point is Chuangye Road, Wuhou District, Chengdu, and the end point is Ya'an South Toll Station, Duiyan Town, Yucheng District, Ya'an. It is 141.2 kilometers long and adopts expressway design standards. It is a two-way fully interchanged, fully enclosed four-lane expressway with a design speed of 80km/h and a roadbed width of 24.5m.
The entire Cheng-Ya'an Expressway was completed and opened to traffic in 2000. The line is the main channel from Sichuan to Yunnan and Tibet, and is one of the main transportation arteries for the development of the western region.
