Supreme Court of India has recently delivered a landmark majority verdict and held the practice of appealing for votes on the basis of cast and religion as “corrupt.”
In this edition of Sarokar we debate whether politics based on Cast, Language and Religion is unwanted. We also discuss the practicality of the court order’s implementation during elections.

पूरी तरह से इस बहस को सुनने के बाद मै एक राजनीतिक शोधार्धी के रूप में यही राय दूंगा कि राजनीति आज ट्रिंगल के रूप है जिसके कारण बहुत सी समस्याएं उत्पन्न होती हैं उनका समाधान अरस्तू के इस विचार में मिलता है कि एक सदगुनी समाज मित्रता पूर्ण समाज होता है अब अगर भारत की राजनीति समाज को मित्रता पूर्ण समाज की ओर ले जाएं तो इस बहस में निर्दिष्ट सभी समस्यायों का हल मिल जाएगा,,,, धन्यवाद्

यह फैसला स्वागत योग्य है सरोकार की बुनियादी बात जड़ से जुड़ी है और जड़ से निराकरण की प्रयास जरूरी है ।जो भी प्रतिनिधि होते हों उनके पूरे कार्यकाल के घटना दर घटना पर प्रहरी कानून की रहे कार्यकाल के अंत मे कानून का मंतब्य जरूरी होगा । इस क्रम के दो चार के अध्ययन परिणाम देंगे ।

कोय भी कानून के अनुक्षेद 123 पर अपने धर्म व जाति वाले भी वे ऑफ लाइफ कह सकते हैं पर वहाँ देखने की बात यह होगी उसमे गर्भित कितनी दया की या कितनी अदम्य क्षोभ की राष्ट्र को गुमराह करने वाली न हो ।

123 फीचर्स के शब्द का अनुपालन हो जाय तो इस वजह का बड़ा निराकरण हो सकेगा जो मनुष्य को व्यवहार मे लेगा धर्म जाति की बेतहाशा हस्तक्षेप से लोकतंत्र के उमदा स्वरूप को जन्म देगी ।

what is think that if political party giving number of seats to religion or caste that X number seats giving to hindu or muslim or ambedkar or singh or khan might be it not violate the representative but the voter he/she think they are our people he stand in the election so the singh or muslims or hindu or ambedkar or pandit giving to his/her vote to his own religious or caste candidate. i don't think there is secular in election, people vote only to their religious candidate. voter think that his religious or caste candidate do more good things for his/her own religious or caste rather than any other caste. what i think its only loopholes in people mindset . A candidate is very hardworking and kind with a good background we should support them not the candidate who is just a parsi or brahaman or muslim with not any good background in the past and he/she won coz of caste and religion. its only the people who is responsible for this, he voted the wrong candidate by knowing his candidate........

Most religions claim to be a full code of life. Stretching facts to fit judge’s subjective pre-conceived position is not new. Intention in the judgment appears OK. But in practice, some might claim that use of Hindu in election is OK because Hindu is not a religion but use of other religions illegal. Open use of religion encourages to split the country.
