Awesome product - works as advertised! Super easy install, even easier if you have a second person around to help roll the tire to align the bolts to your control arms. I will say, applying 75lbs and 125lbs of torque on the upper and lower arms respectively is the biggest challenge if you're going to do it off the ground. My alignment (as far as I can tell) was not affected by this installation. Having said that, probably not a bad idea to get an alignment so that you can make sure everything is dialed in properly. At a minimum, you'll also be able to tell how much added caster this install provided.

Great information. There is a lot of misinformation on relocation brackets. This video did a good job explaining them. All positive in my book. Darn i remember the TJs jarring short arms then the boaty on road feel of the long arms.

If you want to really be impressed pair these up with a set of Metalcoak DB3 brackets to flatten out the rear control arms. Poor mans long arm suspension.

Do you happen to know what size ratchet I would need to remove the outer upper control arm bolt? It’s kinda hard to get to since it’s located within the frame

I got the teraflex 3” kit with the 4 sport arms. Will these brackets work with the sport arms or do I have to go back to stock arms? I know the arms fix caster but I’m looking for ride quality and these sound like they will make it smooth. I just don’t want to waste the sport arms

Done! Just picked up a set but haven’t gotten around to installing them yet! I see in the instructions it says to remove the coil springs...is this necessary? Looked pretty easy to do it without taking them out in the video. Thanks for the great product!

Should I switch back to my stock upper and lower control arms when installing this? Or should I continue using the ones that came with my lift kit

You can still run your aftermarket arms but they need to be set to "stock" length and then set at the hole for your height.
@GoRanchoSuspension
@GoRanchoSuspension 5 жыл бұрын
You can run your after market control arms but they need to set at factory (stock) lengths and then these will work with those adjustable arms.

Quick question- can you use the same bracket to adjust the castor and pinion at the rear? is it necessary to adjust the rear? Thanks.
@GoRanchoSuspension
@GoRanchoSuspension 2 жыл бұрын
Rear doesn't need the adjustment really. Since the ride feel is mainly felt up front. :)

Should these be installed in both the front and rear of the vehicle?
@GoRanchoSuspension

They provide the most benefit up front. For the rear folks make them but they aren't as beneficial as they are up front. Thanks

can you use those with aftermarket axles like Ultimate Dana44 or dynatrack prorock44 that has more caster and less pinion angle bulit in? or will you have to much caster?
@GoRanchoSuspension
@GoRanchoSuspension 2 жыл бұрын
You can, but it takes a bit more "finesse" AKA a true alignment machine helps.
@christiand6768
@christiand6768 2 жыл бұрын
@@GoRanchoSuspension Thanks for answer but I dont understand exactly what you mean with more finesse? Do you mean toe in and toe out? Caster and pinion angle is fixed more or less with drop brackets accept the holes for the upper ca. Thanks
@GoRanchoSuspension
@GoRanchoSuspension 2 жыл бұрын
@@christiand6768 keep in mind if the aftermarket axle has X amount built in you would need less with the bracket. Some folks like more caster.

@@GoRanchoSuspension the 2inch mopar lift comes with longer lower control arms. Do you need to re-install stock lowers?
@GoRanchoSuspension
@GoRanchoSuspension 4 жыл бұрын
@@joshuagilson if they come with lower longer then NO need for this bracket. The ADDED length would address this. BUT you could run stock arms and this and have a great ride.
@Clitcommander6969

Rancho Suspension the problem is that the aftermarket control arms fix caster but they don’t fix the arm angle so steering is fine but ride quality I.e. potholes, expansion cracks..etc feel rough
@jordanzachman686
@jordanzachman686 3 жыл бұрын
Doesn’t this reduce clearance?
@TheNotSoOrdinaryCarGuy
@TheNotSoOrdinaryCarGuy 2 жыл бұрын
Yeah but it's negligible. I've ran similar brackets and wheeled it pretty good and never did it become an issue. You loose clearance too with a long arm kit as they start further away from the axle and then drop.
