First perform the modal analysis and then carry out result in response spectrum analysis. Please check our response spectrum analysis tutorial.

Can we plot chart between natural frequency and their deformation in modal analysis

The modal analysis is performed to get mode shape and natural frequency. The deformation are virtual displacement only. You might not able to create the graph as both are FEA outputs. You can use excel graph for the same.

Sir, thank you so much for making this video, Sir my question is: How to apply base excitation for a long time (Eg. 120 sec) with a sweeping frequency range 10Hz to 200 Hz and amplitude of 0.01g and I want to collect time history acceleration data.

You can simulate this with harmonic simulation. You frequency range should be 10 to 200 Hz, load will be 0.01 g.
