The pliers with slotted buttons, are for removing old style wire hose clamps. The split hammer I believe is what upholstery install tacks.

If you have an old car with a distributor that has points & condenser, that screw starter with the center spring loaded wedge is an absolute necessity. You don’t want to drop a screw down into a distributor.
