Returned mine for a refund from Amazon. The left platter registers touches erratically on my unit. I bought Rane Four again, but this time from Sweetwater. Hopefully I won't get a defective unit the second time around! 🙏

Mine is getting delivered from Amazon this week and I’m worried now because the box is not very discreet. Did it come inside another box?

It didn't. Did your amazon purchase tell you if it's being drop shipped from Rane or if it's being boxed and shipped by Amazon. Generally when boxed and shipped by amazon, it'll come from a warehouse where it's repackaged. but the box for the controller it just that.. the box and the controller sits inside. keep me posted.... I'd suggest going home to receive shipment. My controller was left outside the house as well.. Thank God for cameras and good neighbors

@@DJYoshiVideos my thoughts? It’s the best controller ever made so far . I think it’s perfect and I’m not mad I didn’t wait for the pioneer to drop because I think it’s better. Just waiting on that soft case to become available

@DVD PACH I agree! I've played with some of the other controllers out there... most recently at a sports event, the layout and uncompressed audio is what wins with Rane... put the same audio out on a rane as its competitors into a Scope, and you'll visually see the difference
