Jalebi is common man's sweet dish. Its a very simple and ultra sweet dish, 80% is just sugar. 😁 Delicious Fun Fact: There are more than 5000 types of sweet dishes and desserts in Indian cuisine. 🙏

Try “undu walalu” from Sri Lanka. You’ll absolutely love it. It is almost as jalabi but made with Undu flour (Urad). It is absolute delicacy 😋

Love from South Africa 🇿🇦! Please give Koeksisters a try they are kind of like a sweet syrupy donut. We also have cape Malay koeksisters (koesister) which is made with cardamom, aniseed and mixed spices much like our Indian spices, it is friend and then dipped in syrup and covered in coconut!
