This show is very political and follows trends... so we are in an era where everyone wants to celebrate diversity, and Europe is a place where multiple languages coexist, but then, you got Eurovision where almost all participants sing in English... Is that how you celebrate diversity? That's contradictory and stupid. The participants should be from the country they represent, and all songs should be sung in the national language of their country. That's how you pay homage to diversity, that's how you pay tribute to your country. This contest is a joke and is getting worse with each passing year.

@@reapercity firstly, I did not like his singing style. I know others did but I found it really annoying. Secondly, I thought the song was really quite dull, not because of it being slow but because it didn’t really grasp me. I know others liked it but it easily the worst winner for me.
