Tobias's darkrai lost with 3 hits just because mega horn(base power-120) and rock smash(base power-40) were two super effective moves on it but still darkrai knocked both heracross and gible and battled sceptile well too. It would be wrong to say it weak because Tobias just used darkrai to reach the sinnoh finals

In base form Leon cannot defeat any of the trainer who are in champion level in this list but in gmax form , Leon's Charizard is strongest non legendary Pokemon in the world and that's why Cynthia can't defeat Leon with her base form garchomp if her garchomp gets g max then I guess she could defeat Leon

Agreed !! But I don't think in 6vs 6 Of Ash vs Leon ,Leon can win (If ash uses his Strongest Team) 1.Pikachu 2.Ash Greninja 3.Charizard 4.Mega Lucario 5.Infernape 6.Sceptile As shown till now in anime, It looked to me like Leon's most powerful Pokemon in his team is only Gmax Charizard but Ash's team doesn't only have Pikachu as the strongest Pokemon. So in 6vs 6 I guess Ash's remaining 5 Pokemons can defeat Leon's remaining 5 Pokemons and can still conserve some energy for Gmax Charizard. I pretty sure out of his Strongest 6, 2 of them excluding Pikachu will definitely face Gmax Charizard and will Surely drop him down to high HP ultimately making it easy for Pikachu to defeat him . As far we have seen , Pikachu really finds interest in battling Leon's Charizard but I dont think in 1vs 1 he can so if Pokemons like Greninja and Charizard survive till last and were able to face Leon's charizard they will surely drop Leon's Charizard to good HP or might even defeat him without Pikachu's help coz Greninja already has 3 time experience against Alain's Charizard so he can put a good fight(But cant defeat Gmax ) and Charizard might have fought 100+ battles with other strongest Charizards from Charsivic valley so he can use that as an advantage and can battle Leon's Charizard but he too will face some trouble in taking him down. But there are chances that Ash greninja and Ash's Charizard can defeat Leon's Charizard together not like 2vs 1 🤣, I mean 1 of them will definitely faint and the next will Defeat him

We still don't know so much about Tobias. After a long journey as ash has done, Tobias definitely would have became more powerful than others. So we can't just put him down just because he wasn't showed up again.
