ZUCCHINI RECIPE 1
ingredients
The peeled courgette cut into slices
2 eggs
flour
milk
Seed oil for frying
Peel the courgette, cut into half-centimeter slices
prepare a batter by beating the eggs and adding flour until it is difficult to turn.
Add a little milk at a time until you reach a thick but smooth and orbid batter that adheres well to the zucchini but drips well.
Fry in hot oil as I show in the video
ZUCCHINI RECIPE 2
ingredients
Zucchini with seeds
a clove of garlic
two tablespoons of olive oil
salt pepper parsley
Peel the courgette, cut the courgette in half and remove all the seeds with a spoon.
Now cut the courgette into long strips and then make courgette cubes of the size you prefer between half a centimeter and one centimeter.
Now let's do the sautéed zucchini.
In a pan we put two tablespoons of olive oil and when it is hot add the zucchini and garlic.
We cook over high heat for about 5 minutes.
When cooked, add salt, pepper and parsley to the sautéed courgettes.
Remember to remove the garlic
Now you can serve your courgettes.
