This is awesome Don! Hopefully I'll have time to try this today/tomorrow if I can sort out my spindle issue. I'd like to think I was instrumental in nagging you enough to do this 😉. Any update on a pause to insert/remove the dust boot for tool changes?

Hi Steve, thanks for the commenrt and question. Well my mother always told me I need a bit of nagging at times LOL. I sent you a zip with all the necessary new subroutines along with the Vectric PP that will pause before and fater the tool change for dust boot exchange

Is the Masso G3 the best option as far as reliability? Switching from GRBL so I can tool change within a program via M code.

Did I buy too early? I haven't got round to setting up yet but will be doing so in the next month

The new servos will function the same way and the new workflow with the subroutines is applicable to both setups driving the motors. The servos allow it to be more or less plug and play. Thank you for your support I hope you really enjoy it! I know you will :)

Will this work with the PwnCNC VFD on the OneFinity CNC?

It should yes. If you email me I can help you figure it out. Generally there is an extra conductor in the cable that is not used or was used for fault protection in the past that needs to be wired in and possibly seme settings in t he VFD. the spindle in this video is a PWN: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/aLSYi7Byup7aaGw.html
