Well the other thing is right that makes it hard for them to convict anyone is that if she was at a party there are so many individuals that could be convicted then. There are other piece of evidence is a car following behind her. Which could be cleared up by a couple of things a somebody was just leaving at the same time as her. B they could say that the party was ending or was close to being ended and so what group of people left. Because it would be like for example if you left a party right after someone already pulled out before you that wouldn't be conviction Worthy. Because it would fall into the worst thing a police officer hate to be in and that is what happens to becomes a actual good defense and that's what those incentives could be dumb down to coincidence and the happenstance

Maybe I'm playing devils advocate but saying they have he car leaving out the apartment complex after the dead girls isn't saying much that means everyone left at the same time that's not really damming evidence and her friend jumping over the gate of an apartment complex because "it didnt work" dont mean anything either because nobody was home not that apartment was empty lol if you called to get in and I'm not expecting anyone I'm not answering either.
