RARE Kit installed on my 300zx! + Reviving the Car Scene

My Nissan 300zx z32 project car has been running great with the ka24de swap with a wiring specialities harness paired with a Link eco, but it's time to spice up the exterior. The Bomex front lip and side skirts were already installed, so it is time to install the rear valence! Unfortunately the Greddy exhaust I picked up will not work for my z32, not yet that is.
The car scene has been lacking a quality meet in my area, so I decided to host a little meet at one of my favorite locations. Luckily it was a great success. Feels good to be able to experience the good ol days all over again.

Idk what it is but every time I watch Mike, it feels like I’m going back to nostalgic KZfaq days, like everything is so toned back on his channel meanwhile other KZfaqrs are burning themselves out because they put so much effort enthusiasm into them while Mike is just your average guy doing average things. It also makes me feel a lot of comfort from the cinematography, to the music choices, everything is just perfect. Thank you for doing what you do. You have in all honesty gotten me through dark times so I can’t thank you enough man.

@@TRDkeno Unless youve got before/after photos of the build im not buying it, sorry. Theyre way different dimensions of a car, also pretty sure fitting a EG front would require frame modifications to look anywhere close, doubt the original panels would fit afterwards anymore. Looked through the entire movie clip on 4k, didnt see any indication that this would be the same car. also fairly sure you can spot the EG in the overhead shot earlier in the scene with the EG which is in front of it, you can see theyre both real coupe civics without any different bodies.

Ahh the good old days. I was there! Hot Import Nights in Boston in the mid 00s. Random car shows throughout CT. Photos with import models from whom I probably should have bought an autograph or SOMETHING. Driving around in a glowing, riced-out Hyundai Tiburon and going home to play NFS Underground. Sigh. You really can't go home again. That's it, that's the post, now all you kids get off my lawn.

See this is what I miss the most nowadays. I miss going to actual meets to see other builds to get ideas/inspired to do stuff to my build. I miss the wow factor/great idea of seeing other peoples process. They chill vibes, the no downing someone for something they have/did. Respectful atmosphere and I really appreciate the cleaning the left behind trash. I definitely need to make it out to one of these one day. I gave up on the scene but every time I see one of your videos It sparts the fire back up in me to get to work. Plus the hope this scene comes back.

I wish our local meets were as chill as this. My city has a huge parking lot that has been the spot for car enthusiasts here for decades but it’s in the middle of a residential area. Every Friday and Saturday night upward of 200 cars and probably 400 spectators show up in this lot from 7pm to nearly 2am. Everyone is doing burnouts and revving and goin nuts. None of it happens on the street but the noise complaints over the years became too much to deal with and the city outlawed car meets and the new spot is kinda far. We all saw it coming but nobody listened

Dude I rarely get to go to a car meet and the best one I've been to is street car take over and I miss it alot. I honestly got super teary eyed from the nostalgia and the thought of going to one! I would love to come to one of yours someday but it's a pretty long drive from Oklahoma
