Honestly, I'll take these over some of the "Fatalities" that appeared in _Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3_ (notably the cut-and-drag decapitations).

Rating the finishers of Wargods is truly the peak of Max's career.

Some of the finishers in War Gods differ depending on the character you are facing. For Kabuki Jo, Tak just *sticks* on the staff while the others fall down it. Pagan summons Medusa and Tak goes 'Nyah, Nyah' before it zaps him. Cy-5 bleeds electricity while Tak has no blood (for the most part).

Easter Egg: If you do Pagan’s fatality on Tak, he’ll laugh at you for trying to turn him to stone.

I think I was 7 when my parents bought this game...I remember thinking: "boi this sure feels like a mortal kombat game...but why it sucks so much" Last year watching random videos on youtube I found out that this game was made in fact by MK devs as a "test" for the new MK. They had doubts about the 3D engine and test it out on a new ip aparently.

I still hold by the N64 port being way better. But yeah, I liked Maximus and Voodoo's fatalities the best. And I like how if you did Pagan's on Tak, he wouldn't turn to stone as he already is stone, so the media head just blows him up.
