So i decided to show you guys and girls the Ration X SELF HEATING day pack. I thought it was worth sharing for all those people out there that like to hike and do 1 day camp outs or one day wild camping.
I have used this pack many times with great success . I love the idea of being able to have hot food when out in the woods or on a hike with out having to worry about carrying a stove to cook on .
I hope this review may come in handy for some of you outdoors folk out there that are looking for quick easy food when out adventuring.This is a taste test and how to vlog showing you how to use the self heat device .

I bought one of these packs off of Amazon, simply because I'd watched KZfaqr Mike Jeavons doing his "A Week On Ration Parks" series; and was intrigued to try one. Had to physically search a video like this out because my dumbass couldn't figure out how to open the heat pack.

Thanks for the video explaining the heat pad preparation. I have just tried the pasta and meatball menu myself. In regards to the main meal, I would suggest more pasta tbh. However, the meal itself is very tasty, and I am glad to have tried before using in the field.

Enjoyed this vid, looked at the ration packs online before, always seems a bit expensive for that they are. the self heating packs are cool. would be good if you stashed some up your woodland, so you always have some there.

Or I would warm the cake in the heater pack & use the hot chocolate as a sauce with it.

@@Jez-explores-outdoors the company that makes them evaq8 has a website where they are about 9 so slightly cheaper than amazon they have a decent sized website worth checking out
