Just be mindful of who you are calling stand-up guys. The dudes at GBRS are very tactically sound (obviously), but personal life/history, for DJ in particular, would not lead a reasonable person to call them "stand-up."

You guys are killing it in the Gym I’ve worked out for a very. Long time got in aAccudent in 2020 and most of the things you guys are doing now I learn in physical therapy once they showed me the things to do I told my shoulder tears my elbows sciatic nerve damage and I worked with the people at the PT place and they could tell once I was there for a about two weeks and I start going to pT and they would have people that were helping and five minutes 20 minutes high incline it’s like walking up a hill I made it more of working out and Walking and all the back Exercise they really help with the back pain once they seen I picked it right up they would let me just come in and do my thing by my self just tell them what I did do they keep track but bye don’t work out I feel like 💩💩so I get it done like you guys 👍👍👍👍💪💪💪🦾🦾🦾🦾🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 I just seen a few things you guys were doing that I am def going to check out don’t work out when some one gets older you have work out even if you were not Injured because that keeps the body going and keeps a person from hurting there self and if the 💩💩ever hits the fan you will def be ok 👍👍👍👍👍👍
