When forming a team, I need to meet people who share the same core values and can produce good results. Even if core values are different, I can get help from them on the skills I need, even if they are not on my team. 😂😂 Thank you very much 😊

Bill Belichick pointed out really well. Being selfish or unselfish is one of the biggest factors when it comes to picking a team member. In the end, it's not about jobs, works, projects, etc. It's all about people. Sadly, money tends to favour selfish leaders in this illusive world. I'd rather pick people who are unselfish although it means less money. Because I'd earn people.

Hiring has to be very subjective. You need a creative visionary and problem-solver with very good financial skills to provide you with vision, strategy, tactics and processes. This guy could also lead product teams. You need a good executioner with a deep understanding of the environment and your human resource to execute. You need very good administrators who can work independently and responsibly to serve as program managers to ensure that all that has been delegated to him gets done. This guy or the visionary could also provide you with policies, procedures, regulations, communications channels and feed back and control systems. The visionary CEO or Executive Chairman, the COO, and CFO or program managers, in consultation with the BoD, could also provide you with the organizational culture. You need team players only for functions/projects that require teamwork. The top guy who provides you with vision, strategy, tactics and processes doesn't need to be a team player. The administrator also needs to be somewhat of a tyrant,;all the others need to be team players.
