The more I watch Ray, the more I find him incredibly humble. They always say the real experts know exactly how much more they don’t know. So, they behave as if they are still learning.

I shouldn't watch that kind of thing, my self-esteem is crashing... (self-taught beginner here) but at the same time, it makes me dream, and Ray's playing... I actually had tears in my eyes listening to his Sibelius (which is one of my all-time favorites)

Daaaa-ta... Daaay-ta. Don't know why breaking accent for just one word bugs me so much... maybe it caused a virtual switch in my brain to flip to Aussie English for a split second. But jokes aside, after watching Ray Reviews videos, I finally understand a bit more about what twosetviolin kept saying about phrasing.
