When simple melodies are used in combination with a delay set to dotted notes, magic happens. This technique has been around for years and wont be leaving any day soon.

Thanks a lot!! Thb, I'm quite frustrated in getting to build my own set of loops and testing out all the effects...Your videos helped me to focus one thing at a time, simple yet effective effects! Great if you can have some videos on how do you plan/structure your loopstation performance.

The actual structure of a performance is something I have been thinking about a lot lately. However, I'm not sure if I'm qualified enough to make tutorials for that aspect of looping

What I (currently) love the most, is limitation. If I used some software, I would be lost in the endless possibilities

Dude, your tutorials are truly helpful, right now I have problems with doing proper basses and melodies, do you have any tips on any of that?
@thepoofster22513 ай бұрын
Clarification question: when you say your having problems with basses and melodies, do you mean you are having difficulty designing the sounds or actually picking the notes and what rhythms to play?
@party_m1x5333 ай бұрын
@@thepoofster2251 with melodies it's mostly both and with basses it's designing

This channel is mostly trying to stay daw less. Not saying it won't happen in the future but for now it's not jn the plans

Does anyone know how to set the delay automatically according to the adjustet pace (speed)? At the moment it seems like i allways have to adjust it manually, which is not easy at all. Every other machine is able to serve a perfect delay preset, set trough master clock, or tabbing. Please i need help!! :D
@thepoofster22512 ай бұрын
The time setting in delays has a "sync by note" feature, you just need to jog the dial all the way past 1ms. It's a bit of a dumb way to set it up but that's what Boss decided was best hahahaha! Hope this helps!
