I have to admit, this video first looked something that would prey off insecure egos looking for a boost. Then you acknowledge this in the first few seconds and I started listening.

Right on the money. While I think greatness is a subjective concept, there are particular traits or qualities that all great people share. I think the overall thread is their awareness of the importance of other people. They appreciate others, go above and beyond for those in need, and are great to be around.
