The movie executives at Fox was heavily against crashing a plane with innocent people inside. But lucky they still went with the idea, as it made the death of Colonel Stuart and his men most satisfied death in movie history. For me that is.

I love dennis franz but he is HANDS DOWN THEE WORST THING IN THIS WHOLE MOVIE!! He does not further the plot but slows it down.
