I love that the FNAF series has progressed from the Game Over screen being the protagonist stuffed inside a Freddy suit, to now, where being inside the Freddy suit is the safest place to be.

If this place was real, it wouldn't be children here, it would be a bunch of teenagers and young adults living their childhood dreams.

I like to imagine that there's a secret bowling alley room where the original Bonnie and Foxy are just hanging out.

I have an idea on what's up with the Bonnie Bowl. I think Fazbear Inc. was aware that someone in the past (gee, who could it be) had previously used Bonnie suits in order to harm kids. In Help Wanted, they made a point in trying to deny what happened in regards to Springtrap and Afton attacking kids, so it makes sense they would try distancing themselves away from Bonnie due to the "urban legend" of the Missing Childrens' Incident. At the same time, they also know if they dropped Bonnie all together, it would either look suspicious, or it would upset their (in-universe) fans to have one of the "founding members" of Fazbear's suddenly stop being within the franchise. That's why Bonnie, much like Foxy, is now dedicated as a literal background character/attraction as opposed to being a part of the main band now.

if this was a place irl, i would choose this fazbear mall situation over disneyland any day

For anyone who missed it, the soda station theme is El Chip from pizzeria simulator. Mat didn't notice it. Granted he noticed the Mexican decorations but he felt to notice a stuffed El chip right next to them.

Looking at the laser tag counter, I noticed that only Glamrock Freddy isn’t holding a gun. That could be another hint that Freddy is going to protect you while the three others are going to chase you.

I really like the idea of the animatronics helping us. The puppet helping the kids, the og animatronics only attacking the security guards because they're adults, us playing as a child. Maybe we think the animatronics attack the security guard because she's an adult but she's actually bad. It's like the animatronics teaming up with us, a child, to defeat the essence of william afton

Just noticed the cartoon space Art/Posters of the characters in game have each character in an attacking pose (pointing their guns) except Freddy, who's posing heroically and just pointing his finger. Seems....thematic?

Hey Mat, incase you didn't notice, in the first picture you pulled up, the setting up of the chairs and table is a reference to the FNAF 1 "Dining Hall" in which the camera angle is also setup in the same perspective.

On the absence of bonnie, fazbear entertainment might have wanted to distance them from their brand because of the close ties between the character and the rumors of child murders. Just a little mini-theory/mini-retcon of my own though.

When it mentions “teardrop sleepy time candy” I believe it’s talking about the puppet because the puppet has tears running down it’s face and it basically sleeps in the box to the sound of the music box. Also we get a mini game where the puppet is giving the lost children something(I think it was cake or the animatronic suit) but that is referencing the puppet giving candy.

Alternative title: Grown man tries to find comfort with a bunch of stuffed animals while trying to decode a video game that drove him insane for years...

42:58 Chica looks like she had her beak /ripped/ off rather than removed, what with the cracks and pieces missing. Plus her chest and side have holes in it as if something strong and sharp stabbed into it. Montgomery, as you said, seems to be the more unstable one and what does he presumably have? Claws. With all the cracks and gaps and what looks like warped limbs, I think she might have been in some sort of fight or had been /attacked/ before ending up in the sewer But that's just a theory :)

Hearing Chris talking just filled my heart with joy

I caught another small detail that I haven't seen talked about. In all of the green rooms, we get to see the door to the backstage area. Some rooms had the curtains above the door either all the way open or partially open- except Roxanne. Her curtains are both closed, hiding the door, which reminds me of pirate's cove from the original fnaf game. Not a mind blowing detail but I still think it's a good, intentional reference. Additionally, myself and other commenters have pointed out that it is possible that the progression of the opening of the door may be the order of mini games. So the order of games/befriending the animatronics would be Freddy, Chica, Montgomery, Roxxane.

The Mexican restaurant is El Chip's. The animatronic from the UCN, who throws his propaganda in you're face. Ye..That's him. Haha, you can see him like an Easter egg in the photo. He looks like a tall plush with piñatas. 19:43 He looks similar to his plush in real life Also in a previous Game theory theory Mat said that the LED "Thingys" looked like Golden Freddy. once again, the first trailer was an early version. So they could've changed that if it was not intended. Though we see similar coloring in 23:03 on the left side of Glamrock Freddy's room. Maybe an Easteregg. When I saw the photo of the new chica, I saw that her torso was shaped the same as Toy Chica in FNAF 2. Matpat, I think you're onto something.

I noticed that in each of the animatronic's rooms, the ceiling looks like some kind of tour bus for some kind of band. Either that's just because they are supposed to be a band, or with the look of the backroom seeming like a warehouse, with these portable bus like rooms attached onto it. like it isnt done... or its part of something else...

I feel like the fact that bonnie is NOT in this makes it interesting, think back, who did Afton dress up as, a rabbit!!! they know that, that has happened!

Here are a few easter eggs I found within the teaser images: - The beauty salon in the "cars land" inspired area, I saw the gas pumps with the striped legs, and that immediately reminded me of the puppet. - In the Glamrock Freddy Showroom or Meet & Greet area, I looked at the child-drawn images and one of them was the face of Baby from Sister location. - Another one was that the picture of Monty's mouth going into a big room, that's actually a entryway into the next golf course. As you see on the other image, you are supposedly in Monty's stomach, and the hole # is 13, then when you look at the picture looking out of his mouth, you see a sign that says the hole # is 14. This means you're going through his body and out of his mouth. the only question is, "Where do you enter from?" - Last one: The Mexican style restaurant seems to be themed around El Chip from Fnaf 6. And the little paper parts that you referenced back to Coco also appear in the distraction that El Chip has in UCN. So I have a pretty good feeling that it's based off of El Chip. Maybe we'll get some more backstory about El Chip, who knows?

That be cool if our character eats the candy and starts seeing the animatronics as nightmare versions and just sees a lot of hallucinations

I'm not sure if anyone else has corrected you yet, but that soda you pointed out at 8:27 , is Sodaroni. You could say it like soda, but I think it could be a pun on soldering. This is what you do to fuse two things together to make something new or to repair something old.

Hey I have a theory for the gator, remember in the trailer there was an angry voice saying “you will give me what I want, or you will both burn” maybe the reason his whole room is in disarray because something of his went missing and he thinks one of the animatronics or Gregory stole it?

Imagine steelwool at the last minute adds in a fan but it’s green and it has a sticky note on the fan and it says” Here is your fan Matt” -love SC (Scott Cawthon) and SW (steel wool) and it’s like an Easter egg so you have to look for it and when you push it , it plays the game theory theme song....

I would love more of this type of live streams this is really entertaining to see how theories start

the zoomed out image of all of the greenroom image when looking at the folder view reminds me of the original 4 animatronics, if you look at the ceiling at the stars from far. i can kind of see chica freddy foxy and bonny's faces, must be a coincidence but it looks nice.

In Freddy's meet-n'-greet room, I wonder if that doorway is the same doorway that we see Vanny walking through at the beginning of the teaser.

Gameplay prediction: when you "befriend" an animatronic, you are able to go onto their stage/meet and greet area and then into their section of the backstage area. I think this could be an interesting way to unlock parts of the map over time

My theories: |1| I think that the back rooms might have secret tunnels that the animatronics use to get around, like monty to get from his golf to the meet and greet stage. |2| Monty could have been attacked in his room? That might be why it was all broken and messy.

8:30 I think Matt forgot that in FNAF VR that one of the drinks was called "Sodaroni." The plant is covering the S. 23:45 The balloons under the head looks like a spine, kinda like the old Mortal Kombat games. 36:45 That appears to be Mangle under Foxy there. I think it's a little odd to reference Mangle, but if these animatronics are based on the toy versions, it makes sense, but with Foxy who never had a toy version? That's weird.
