3:60 this is their second single before even an album exists, I'm pretty certain that scream is not live. It was clear from the start that little girl at the time of the release of the single could not do that scream. And from more recent live performances, we know they kept it that way. No reason to take a risk with her voice. Still a fun element. :-) If you want to understand what the 'iine' means: the Facebook 'like' button in certain parts of Japan has 'iine' on it.

Glad you enjoyed that, it is arguably Babymetal's 'weirdest' song mixing more different genres into one song than any of their other ones. This was from the same concert from December 2013 as the Gimme Chocolate video you saw for your very first reaction to them, the fake Babybones/Skeleton band were miming the instruments to a backing track and the Kami Band didn't come on to play live until the encores ... they have been ever present in all live performances since then of course. Iine (that is iine, pronounced ee-neh) means very good, it is a good, fun song. In the official video and some earlier performances they actually rapped in the middle section immediately before the really heavy breakdown. It always goes down well with the audience when they play this live.

Unfortunately it was not the Kami Band playing but a sound track, the Kami Band started from the Encore of this Live, and now play all the time.

"iine - iine!" yeah yeah "iine - iine!" Yes Kamis were great because some of them were in a former Visual Kei band(Leda). Hope you listen to DELUHI one time. I miss this kind of Babymetal, they'll all great and cute back then :)

Sheer unadulterated joy when BabyMetal perform this track. Just listen to the crowd get behind them and this is from earlier days of BabyMetal. You made the usual faux pas of pronouncing the song Line but it does look like a l at the front of the word rather than a capitol i. (I) This video shows again how professional Moa, Su and Yui are despite there young age.

"iine" means something like "very good" and is the Japanese equivalent of the "thumbs up" used by e.g. Facebook. Hence the thumbs in the choreography. This is one of the few songs where I recommend watching the official music video instead of (or in addition to) a live performance, because it's even weirder (it has a different middle part). You have to do something about that! It's a rather calm and dreamy song, their ode to their fandom that they call "The One". If you want to see a real epic performance that will leave you with wide open mouths, you should watch the Tokyo Dome version where it was played together with "Tales of the Destinies", a Dream Theater style Prog masterpiece, in front of 55.000 fans. These two songs belong together, because they were originally meant to be one single epic song, and this was the only time "Tales of the Destinies" was played live.
