Their style varies a lot between albums, some people tend to "blame" their current and more folk (some say pop, which I disagree with entirely) sound on their new singer, who sings here - she is a proper lead, whilst their previous female vocalist (Anna Murphy who is now in Cellar Darling, also great) was their hurdy-gurdy player and mostly did backing except on a couple, admittedly great and very popular, songs. I love all of their albums, old and new; I'd suggest you do "A Rose for Epona" with Anna, and just "Epona" with Fabienne, as they illustrate the different facets between them as well as the band as a whole. Great video!

Eluveitie is my absolute favorite band together with Epica. Both bands are my undisputed #1!!! Love the combination of Chrigels harsh vocals and Fabienne omg she always gives me full body chills and tears just like Floor Jansen and Simone Simons. When I saw this reaction after Epica's Abyss of Time I subbed at once!!

Thank you for giving Eluveitie a shot. I knew you would like it. Orher great songs: * "King" but that is only with the male screamer . * "A rose for Epona". Is more rock-ish but really good. Mostly the previous singer singing. * Ategnatos. From the same album as rebirth. They actually reuses big parts of the melody from Rebirth.

You'll probably find all the informations you need on Google, what I can tell you is what I think are their best songs as a fan since they started many yers ago. Inis Mona (their more famous and oldest songs) Ategnatos (this song gave me goosebumps, don't miss it) Deathwalker The call of the Mountains (the orginal version has the voice of their old singer, Anna Murphy, the new one is Fabienne and they're both amazing) Epona (pure folk) A rose for Epona (Anna Murphy again) King (old song, I love it) As you will see this is a very versatile band that easilly moves from pure folk (Epona) to dark metal. The more you listen to them, the more you love them. Nice reaction video, keep it up!

"Lvgvs" was about ready to come on. You should react to that one next, it's an awesome one from their previous (and acoustic) cd and would give you a good example of that side of their sound and shows of more of her vocal talent. Yes, she(Fabienne Erni) was screaming in this as well. Your the first teacher I've seen that caught her first scream toward the beginning of this song.

The band changed some members in 2016 You may love the song King by them This song was with their old lineup when they had another Hurly gurdy player and she was at the time the back vocal. You can also look for Cellar Darling - Insomia this group is made by the old lineup of Eluveitie

They are one of the best live band I have seen and I didn't even know who they where when I bought the tickets to the show :). They where touring with Lacuna Coil and Infected Rain, two bands i like so i bought the tickets for them, but it was Eluveitie that where the highlight and they became one of my new favourite bands.
