On Twitter or YT for example, you won't find the millions of Chinese fans Dimash has, when he became an overnight sensation back in 2017 on the Chinese "I am Singer" TV show. He sang S.O.S and needed bodyguards from that moment on to go around. He is still a huge celebrity in China to this day. A lot of people believe that sheer talent is what makes a singer pop up in the mainstream, on the radio, on TV, etc... but it's not. In a very recent Turkish interview promoting his upcoming Istanbul concert, Dimash thanked his world wide fans AND the reactors for supporting him. I’m so happy, that you like Dimash as much as we do. And thank you for reacting to this exact version. It‘s from his Arnau concert in Kazakhstan in 2019 (Kinetic Voice). Here he sings in Italian. Dimash sang this song many times after this performance as well. But honestly, some things just don’t get any better. I think this is epic. I don’t know how many times I’ve seen the video and every, really every time my heart starts to race and I get goosebumps. That facial expression after singing the high notes. Wow, what a beast he can be. He then completely captivates me🫣. Olimpico is another masterpiece that Igor Krutoy wrote especially for Dimash’s vocal skills. Nobody can sing this song like Dimash does. It was written for the 2nd European Games in Minsk, Belarus 2019. And that’s why the lyrics are also very motivating. In my opinion, Olimpico is one of the most impressive performances ever. I don't even mean the vocal part, but also his stage presence. The whole package. If you don't know what the song is about, you'd think he was going to war and is calling his army to a lost battle 😅. I really look forward to Ikanaide. His first song in Japanese. If you had your eyes closed, you would think there’s 3 people singing this song: a baritone, a tenor and a female soprano, not just one slim built guy on stage able to deliver and perform with such power, emotion and perfection.

Dimash's voice is so uplifting and beautiful. The voice always has to do with the nature of the person. The talent can be great, the technique mature, but it still doesn't sound so fabulous if the person has a cold heart. 😂 Dimash is not so much into "social" media and especially with the former Twitter. But don't forget, China has its own platforms.

True, his dedication is amazing. I heard that he gave up cold and iced drinks since he was 10yrs old for the sake of his vocal cords. Dimash isn’t a common singer. He has his niche. There are fan clubs world wide. People travel the globe to go to his concert. I think it’s important to get him heard but Dimash never fails to fill an arena. Not worried about him being a household name. Just want him to be acknowledged and have a fulfilling career. The commercial scene is rife with pitfalls and invasions to ones life.

When you watch his songs from the 2017 competition in China (I Am A Singer), use the modified versions on the Dimash Fanclub Germany channel because they have added subtitles in English, German and French.

Lucky are the ones who were at the Budapest concert, I hope to be at one down the road, thanks for reacting to so many of his songs, love watching your authentic reactions.

Dimash probably kept that upper range because he trained all through puberty. Most people lose it. His ability to switch quickly and cleanly through his vocal modes is clearly due to lots of daily practice. Much of what makes him so listenable is due to diligent training beyond just the raw talent. If you catch some of the videos from 2015 and before, you'll notice some rough edges and a little less control. He got his stuff really together and ready for professional work just in the year or two before the 2017 show. It's a big voice to tame and it took a while. Then his lower range filled in really well in the four years after the 2017 show, which was a real treat to experience. So when he says it was a lot of hard work, he's right and you can prove it from the videos in the years where he is transitioning from a student to a professional. I would also note that after about 2019 or so, a lot of the growth is in his musical choices. But he keeps on growing his voice too. I think the high note in this song is an E flat 6, just one whole note under the top soprano arias, such as Queen Of The Night. Most arias don't go past E6. But then in Stranger (2021) he produced an F6, so now he warms up with Queen Of The Night. But he also pulled out that low C2 bass note with a little fry. I think he did an E2 with no fry, just chest voice. That's real bass range. He started from a low-ish tenor and grew it a tiny bit at a time over a few thousand hours of practice.
