It has been a major source of frustration for many of us that Dimash is "not as popular as he should be," but Dimash himself has sabotaged that possibility by choosing to remain completely independent of record label producers in order that he can continue to create complex and creative music that appeals to those of us who are looking for something better than the mediocre mainstream music of the day. We can each still do our part as i have done by introducing him to our friends and neighbors via the social media sites that we use while continuing to revel in the brilliant music and performances that he is creating for those of us who have been fortunate enough to have discovered him already.

А насчет конкурса'Сингер" в 2017 г Димаша пригласили как гостя на этот знаменитый конкурс в Китае. Он был самым молодым участником , 22 года. Остальные были уже состоявшимися певцами, обожаемые публикой. Но Димаш занял 2 место, тк по правилам толькокитаец мог занять 1 место. Организаторы извинились перед ним и с 18 г изменили правила конкурса. А Димаш сразу стал знаменит, 60000000 человек смотрели его 1 выступление с песней "СОС'. На следующий лень ему выделили охрану. Димаш прожил в Китае более 2х лет. Говорит на казахском, русском, английском языках, немного по китайски. Спел песни на 15 языках. Димаш - Певец мирового уровня! Недавно в Будапеште спел с Пласидо Доминго арию из оперы'Ловцы жемчуга"!! Всего и сразу о Димаше не расскажешь. Поэтому поздравляю со вступлением в семью Diars!! Жду дальнейших реакций!))❤❤❤❤❤

Dimash was learning Mandarin & English during his time in China for the Singer contest. He doesnt speak 14 languages, he is fluent in Kazakh, Russian and is getting much better with English, but he does SING in 14+ languages. Thank you for loving Dimash as we do 😊🙏💞

Lara Fabian is just one of his idols. She composed Adagio.. Dimash plays several instrument, he is a composer as well as a singer.. He only speaks 4 languages, but he has the gift of learning a song in a few days in another language.. His concert in Turkey, today will have a new song in Turkish.. He likes folk songs based on human challenges. His 2021 digital concert has a few that he only performs once.. The All performances of the Singer show 2017 video was on reply daily for me.. Listening to the original performance added more understanding for me.. I attended his 2018 London concert and my mind melted when he vocalised the start of Autumn Strong.. Back then I watched videos from Gloria Wu which did translations and background information. This is one of the songs that is worth reacting as a triple. Gloria Wu, Singer 2017 in Chinese, then Ikanaide in Japanese.. With over 200 performances to react to.. Relax n watch the All performance Singer show video and the 2018 London concert. When you find the time the Digital 2021 concert is a must.. . Doing a 2nd reaction to a song gives you a deeper response.. When Dimash performed Sinful Passion with A Studio Igor Kutroy was in the audience.. These 2 masters created magic for a couple of years and became good friends.. Most of their videos will get blocked if you do not use a filter.. Since then Dimash has composed a masterpiece The Story of One Sky.. You are a Dear all right😂😂😂 Most of us need to listen to him every day. I listen to "Screaming "MV from his 2017 music album every night to go to sleep. The Singer in China is a very famous 14 week long competition for established singers only. Long interview process to qualify. Dimash was brought in as a wildcard and expected to be overwhelmed by the other talent after a few weeks.🤭😂😂😂 The audience of 500 are the judges and all have some musical qualifications. When Dimash was here, he could only speak 2 languages (Russian and Kazak) with a few words in english and mandarin. (Now, Dimash can speak these 4 languages and sing in 16 languages) 🎶🎹🔥🌹💜🌹🔥🎹🎶 This song is a cover of Lara Fabian's Adagio, a vocalist that Dimash used to listen to help get him to sleep when he was young. 😏 Lara Fabian is another world class talent that is not as well known as she should be. She can also sing and speak multiple languages. I suspect that Dimash had her "To Lara with Love" Concert recording as this is her most famous album and fits the time that Dimash would have been listening to her.🌹 Sadly, most people are either unable to "jump genre" or have no interest in quality music😪😭😭😭 For most, AI is good enough as long as there is a catchy beat. Perhaps it is a result of auditory damage from our very loud world.☹️😭 Dimash has been recently composing music with a more "West friendly" sound. Hopefully this will help. 😉😎 Dimash has a Concert this Saturday in Budapest where fans from 77 countries will be flying in to attend. He has a musical family, Mom's an opera singer, dad sings, grandparents in Kazakhstan are given the first born to raise, they were also musical, his grandmother took him to music school everyday at a young age, he has studied music his whole life, he was obsessed at an early age by music, obviously still is.

Dimash trains like a Gold Standard Olympic Athlete for his performances, and as you can see 'puts his all' in! His training includes daily vocal exercises, also martial arts, when he can which helps his core strength, and he swims as much as possible, to maintain and expand his lung capacity for that incredible breath control. You're right, he should be better known in 'the West', but the Western Music Industry has become so solidified over the past 2-3 Decades into heavily marketed genre-specific 'Lanes' that they simply have no clue what to do wiith boundary busting, genre-skipping creatives like Dimash- like Ren etc.These amazing artists are showing us that music, story-telling, art transcends all - as it should.

Dimash took part in this competion I ́m singer in China 2017. It's a tough show with well-known singers in China. No beginners. He was the youngest participant at the time and the only one from abroad. Dimash became an overnight star in China. China has its own music scene and social platforms with billions of users. He lived in China for several years and performs there at certain intervals in big shows. Recently he had a concert in Hong Kong. - He doesn't speak all the languages he sings. Kazakh (his mother tongue) and Russian perfect. English now in 2024 (with accent like most non-English speakers) quite good and some Mandarin/Chinese.

Dimash was 22 or 23 when he sang this. He actually started performing at 2 to 4 years old. His parents put him in music school at a young age and he studied music along with his schooling.

I think it's safe to say that Dimash has "Dears" on every continent. When he had a concert here in the States, New York, there were "Dears" from 54 countries and 47 States, and his concerts were always sold out.

I recommend - "Autumn Strong" from his Arnau Concert in Kiev - "Sinful Passion" (I personally prefer the HQ fancam by 'Dimash 48' from his D-Dynasty Concert in Moscow due to the raw sound, but there's also an amazing performance that you can find on his channel) - "Know" from New Wave 2019 + "Know" Vocalise(no lyrics, just him improvising to the melody) from his Arnau Concert in Kiev. There's also "The Ultimate Dimash Guide" by LiLaSi that I highly recommend checking out if you're interested in learning more about him as a person. She made a 3-part mini-series in a similar format recently that shows Dimash singing acapella, improvising, playing instruments, etc, that is really great as well.

Dimash is proficient it 3 languages. The rest are languages he learned a song or two in. During Singer he was learning English and Mandarin, so he English may be a little wobbly in parts of other songs he sings in the Singer.
