Annie - I started this book like a year ago! And I just wasn’t into it. So I stopped! Now that I am quarantined I remembered that I still had it! So I went and finished it! Turns out it was a trilogy! I really liked it, know I am waiting for the 3rd book😂😂! So my taste changed in a year

I think i have the opposite problem. Like I will read until i literally cant move or keep my eyes open. One time i read both shatter Me and Unravel Me in one night, and i felt so ill the next day cuz i didnt sleep. Its good to be able to stop.

A tip for getting the sticker off: use a hair dryer to loosen the glue then slowly peel it off! Works every time for me.

While I am reading I always have to take breaks to process what is happing in the book I can’t just sit there and keep going through the whole book I really like to get as much out of the book as I can. Does anyone else do this?

I sometimes also need to take process breaks that last about a day, so I can organise all my thoughts about it. And I can relate to this 'getting as much as you can out of a book' thing so much, especially with books that I think I'm going to love. The disadvantage of that is that it takes me really long to read specific books.

However love can be piercing as well. It can hurt us after betrayal, grief, or misfortune. It is like a dagger. A love dagger. We try to run from this type of love, the love after pain. But it controls us still, because while we are beings capable of logic, we desperately strive to follow the heart. Once we are struck down by the Love Dagger, we become afraid. Lost in our own emotion and feelings. We so desperately want the passageway back to love opened, for the loved one to return. Yet secretly, we know it won’t happen. We expect it not to. But still we beg. “Open the passageway, kill expectations.” ... I did this instead of my school essay rip

It controls us, and it drives us mad, and it's like a nightmare, but one we want to stay in, and get out of at the same time *("straight out of a nightmare")* *"Mountain of fear"* It strengthens a dangerous fear, making it bigger, stronger, like a mountain: the fear of loss. We don't want to lose the one we love. *"Kill."* Love kills. Here, we want the Love Dagger to finally take us out, so we can escape fear. *"Expectations"* It's expectations are too great and your expectations are too great. Finally, your expectations are for it to finally kill you Dude. We made it sound like love is the most terrible thing ever lmao Note that this isn't Sid out of experience so it's probably bad lol (I tried to continue but it sucks, sorry)
