I'm sitting here in a ball feeling pathetic and lonely and desperate and longing for a better life. I desire all of lifes little Joy's simple and big. But I cannot bring myself to even get to the shop. I want to shake myself! I feel like the more I watch exposure videos the worse I get. But these kind of videos are genuinely giving me that feeling of desire to get back to life again. I just need to figure out how. My focus is fear of fainting from anxiety or hunger...lol anxiety really is stupid isnt it

I was going to ask you something if u can help me. I have got to have a operation soon which is bad enough. But my anxiety is so bad I can't get to the queen Elizabeth hospital Birmingham. Because of this I'm struggling because I can't go to the hospital it's 40 minutes from where I live and that's just for my pre op any advice you could give me :( Linda x
