I’m just getting my license in Texas and want to farm my neighborhood. How do I approach my HOA to get my neighbors email addresses?

I would just ask if the HOA association manager if he/she has a owner list with contact info. As an owner it should be available to you if they have one.

Thank you for making amazing education videos. When you mentioned about neighborhood farming, how do you know who’s dominance in the farm you about to farm?

Thanks! I look at all the sales for the last year in the neighborhood. I total the number of listings each sales agent had and identify if their is one agent that dominated the number of listings sold for the year

She is fabulous, I think I learned more from her in this short time than anyone I’ve watched! I’m wondering, how she calculates the 11% turnover. Not sure how to calculate that but I’m in houston also

She is great Shannon! She takes the number of homes sold in the last year and divides it by the total number of homes in the neighborhood to come up with the annual turnover percentage.

Jimmy, thank you for the content. It’s really great. I am the number 1 agent in my brokerage. I am doing farming but want to scale and execute it better. Is there a system or a coach that can show me how to schedule this and what the flyers are etc.
