BHH Florida Network Realty has always used a buyers rep agreement. We are trained on how to present it and our value proposition when we sign on. Tbh I've always loved using it. It not only helps me relay my value to the buyer, but it shows me the commitment that the buyer has to me, as their agent. I won't work with someone who refuses to sign it. The agreement is a commitment that goes both ways and protects not just the buyer, but the agent as well. We are single agents up here, so we were required to disclose our representation up front. I'm interested to see how the chat gpt upgrades involving voice recognition evolve. I imagine you'll be able to 'roleplay' with the AI as if you were speaking to a customer. That could be HUGE for those of us that get shy easily.
