TY for your story. Great way to describe the transition and the experience. Unfortunately I've found that most people I know do NOT want to hear about this "wacky fad diet" even though I've written a detailed narrative beginning with paleopathological findings, well constructed and conducted studies, etc. You two are inspiring in your gentle, "give it a try" urging.
