Step 1: Wake up Step 2 : Get out of bed asap Step 3: Drink a Glass of water Step 4: Do. A workout Step5 : Take a shower Step 6: Get Ready Step 7: Write a to do List

I'd usually sleep at 11 and wake up at 7 am I don't workout in the mornings since I got work to do and can only do it at night so that's rough but I still get my work done I'd say like 20/100 💀

Can you make one for people still in school. Right now I’m 13 and sleeping from 9 30 till 7. I have to be out of the house by 8 15 and want to start my day in a better way. But idk what to do since I can’t get to a gym or anything like that

Alright time to wake up at 9, then do 30 pull ups + jog to school (exercise), bring soap and shampoo then shower with the bidet, now you learned how to skip morning classes

Workout plus shower takes like an hour minimum so I plan the workout around what I gotta do that day but not workout everyday

Man Quick Question. I have been said that taking a cold shower right after my workout would decrease my gains. Is it true? Cuz man as a student, I couldn't find another spot of my time other than the spot where it comes right before my bath in the morning before going to school.

No, a cold shower won’t decrease your gains. Personally I end my shower off with cold water for about a minute

if school is for example at 8.30, go to sleep at 21.30-22.00 and wake up at 6-6.30. 8 hours of sleep + 30 mins trying to sleep.
