This man lives the life he preaches about. He's not Hollywood. He actually teaches classes. Im not sure how that works out, with him being a celebrity, but I hear he's not the hide behind bodyguards type. Hes verry humble and friendly. He's a martial artist in every sense of the word and from various sources including Joe Rogan and someone else on hair show who were hoth present.. who said this man legit demolished a heavy bag with a single kick. He also spars with various mma fighters including jones and you see he's legit with his kicks and strikes. I'm sure his ground game is up to par.

About balance. I noticed that I was leaning a bit forward in Taekwondo class and I was wondering to myself when I was in better shape 7 years ago why did I feel more balanced...that just answered it because I was training for balanced aesthetics without realizing it. Just got out the hospital so relearning how to do everything and stumbled upon this video. Really appreciate the video, thanks man!

Dude forgot to mention to always work on your forearms and calfs regardless of what you do. Cuz if your back can lift 100 kgs, but your flimsy wrists can only hold 50, then you can only lift 50.

Good explanation on the importance to train your body symmetrically; Top to bottom, left to right, front to back. We see many who just like to train their favorite muscle groups. Beach body workout's a great example on what NOT to do. Kettlebells are one great way to train your body symmetrically in a variety of ways. Great video.

Michael is such an amazing person! I have a good amount of weight in my arms and shoulders and it's making me hunch over a bit. Plus before I even started to work out I was insecure with my weight so I hid my stomach more by hunching over a bit. Currently dealing with low back problems but it isn't super bad or anything. Just glad that I am correcting it now instead of years from now because if this video.

Very truly said, few guys follow the proper schedule and ends up in a mess, aesthetically no one is vigilant and just believe in show off. Martial arts bring out true power from within you and probably when one gets proper demonstration. No body shares true knowledge but you are doing best job.
