I have the Electric Bass Refill but I am not able to access the different amps and effects like you're doing here in this video. I tried to find a manual but it seems you don't offer it for the EB Refill. However, I did find the EB Rack Extension manual and it shows how to access the amps and effects. My question is, is this video really about the EB Rack Extension and not the EB Refill? And if so, are you not able to access the amps and effects of the Refill? The manual says that the Rack Extension is an extension of the Refill.

Adam I know this is an old video but I'm a new Reason user. I'm having trouble with my bass refill. It shows up in my rack and it is getting a signal but I'm not getting any sound and a popup pops up and when I click on one it's just a wave sound. I'm trying to use a keyboard the way you do in the video. It's a great video to show users how to record with it but I can't even get it started. Is this something you can help me with or do I need to try somewhere else. I buy this stuff and nobody says how to make it work. Thank in advance.

i knew from the beginning something is strange with him, and then at 6:28 it began to proove, he is diffrent from other people, watch!!!

Guess the 5 string range, slap, thumb, & pull samples will be released with electric bass v 2.0...whenever that is. I have this refill & I love it, but I still find myself running back to my old Roland XP60's sr-jv80 drum & bass expansion for the funky slaps & dynamics I need in many of my production...thank god I didn't sell it before I bought this, like I had planned to. This is a great refill, but it just doesn't cover all bases.... pun intended.
